I have been interested in food and cooking since I was a kid. With over 20 years in the food and wine industry; residing on the Central Coast affords me a professional career as a Chef, but also a balanced lifestyle with my family. I currently am helping to make a difference with the foods we feed our children in school systems and healthy, fresh options for our seniors. I whole heartedly support local farmers and locally produced foods.
